Homies will do their utmost to ship all orders within 1 – 5 business days within The Netherlands. We believe it is important that all owners and dogs can enjoy our products as soon as possible.

Homies also ships to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom. Shipping rate: 7,50 euros per order. It might take a little bit longer for your order to arrive, depending on the postal company being used in your country. We ship within 1-5 business days.

Homies is not liable if the delivery takes place at a later time. Homies reserves the right to fulfill the order within thirty days after the order is placed without being held in default by the customer. If this period is exceeded, the customer will receive written confirmation. The customer can then cancel the agreement free of charge and will in that case receive a refund as soon as possible, no later than thirty days after cancellation.

Deliveries are made via Post NL in The Netherlands or via DHL in other countries. If the courier fails to deliver your order on the first attempt, he/she will leave a notice with information about when the second attempt will be made. This process will be repeated one more time, after which the company will contact you to discuss your preferences regarding delivery (shipping to another address, return to sender). All items are insured by Homies until they are delivered to your address. Any complaints about the condition in which the goods are delivered (including missing parts) must be reported to Homies no later than two business days after receiving of the goods via email or phone.
