Gladly. Measure your dog's back length, from the base of the neck to the base of the tail, and send us the number. We check before you order, which saves a return.

How do I return an order?

You can return within 14 days, unused and in the original packaging. Email us and we sort it out. You pay the return shipping.

Where is my order?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days from the Netherlands. Depending on where you are in Europe a parcel can take 1 to 2 weeks. Something off? Email us with your order number.

Can I still change my order?

Usually yes, if we have not shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible with your order number and we see what we can do.
