Homies will do their utmost to deliver all orders within 1 – 7 business days (within the Netherlands). We believe it is important that all owners and dogs can enjoy our products as soon as possible.
Homies is not liable if the delivery takes place at a later time. Homies reserves the right to fulfill the order within thirty days after the order is placed without being held in default by the customer. If this period is exceeded, the customer will receive written confirmation. The customer can then cancel the agreement free of charge and will in that case receive a refund as soon as possible, no later than thirty days after cancellation.
Deliveries are made via Post NL. If the courier fails to deliver your order on the first attempt, he/she will leave a notice with information about when the second attempt will be made. This process will be repeated one more time, after which PostNL will contact you to discuss your preferences regarding delivery (shipping to another address, return to sender). All items are insured by Homies until they are delivered to your address. Any complaints about the condition in which the goods are delivered (including missing parts) must be reported to Homies no later than two business days after receiving of the goods via email or phone.
What is the right of withdrawal?
Our non-personalized products are subject to the right of withdrawal as described in the Consumer Rights Directive. You have the right to notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal. It is best to contact our customer service for this.
After this notification, you have another 14 days to return the product. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The full purchase amount, including any (standard) shipping costs for the initial shipment, will be refunded by Homies as soon as possible and within 14 days after the dissolution of the agreement. Costs may be charged if the package is returned damaged.
